Exhibitor and Sponsorship

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2025 Northeast Chi Alpha LIGHT Conference! The conference dates are June 16-20, 2025, held in Erie, PA, at the Erie First’s Summit center, 8160 Oliver Rd, Erie, PA 16509.

We are expecting to host approximately 125 Chi Alpha staff from campuses across Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, north through Maine. This is a great opportunity to be in contact with a large number of ministry leaders. We hope you are able to join us!

The goal for the week is the ongoing training, development and care of our Northeast Chi Alpha missionaries and their families. We want staff to be empowered, encouraged, resourced, and strengthened throughout the week.

Please find below the application and contract details for various ways you can be involved in Northeast LIGHT 2025.

Rates and Sponsorship Opportunities

○ Basic Exhibitor Package ($799)

  • Exhibitor Table Fee: 8x4 table space

  • 1 Attendee Registration, which includes 4 nights stay (Mon-Thurs nights) at the Wingate (8060 Old Oliver Rd, Erie, PA, 16509), and all meals except one dinner (breakfast provided by the Wingate hotel, all other meals with XA staff)

  • 30-60 second video played during a main session (due June 1 emailed to charlie.rosser@gmail.com or via Google Drive or another method)

  • Hand-out/item to be included in missionary welcome bags (shipped by May 15, or onsite no later than 12pm, June 16).

○ Additional Attendee Registration with separate hotel room ($569)

○ Additional Attendee Registration utilizing primary attendee hotel room ($199)

○ Prize give-away during main session ($250 per session, up to 4)

○ Event Sponsor ($1,000/$2,500/$5,000)

$1,000 Level includes:

  • Listed as event contributing sponsor on website & 30-60 second video played as a highlight during conference announcements (due June 1 emailed to charlie.rosser@gmail.com or shared via Google Drive or another method)

$2,000 level includes same as $1,000, and:

  • 1 Attendee Registration

  • 5 minute presentation in one main session

  • Optional exhibitor space

$5000 Level includes same as $2000, and:

  • 2 Attendee Registration

  • 10 minute presentation in one main session

  • Optional exhibitor space

○ Meal Sponsor ($2,500)

  • Basic Exhibitor Package items

  • Listed as Meal Sponsor on website

  • 5 minute presentation in one main session
